Lightbulb E26/E27 + caramel mold
thingiverse
This is a complete, full-scale model of a classic incandescent bulb with E26 1/7 inch Edison screw threading.\nThere are two versions available: one solid and the other hollow.\nFurthermore, a set of molding parts is included to create a caramel-shaped lamp.\nHow long has it been since you last visited your doctor? :)\nThe molds have not yet been tested in real life, so there may be some collisions.\nAs intended, the mold will come into contact with food, and because of this, it's recommended to use PLA for manufacturing purposes.\nUDP 14/03/15 \nA fixed version of the solid lamp has been uploaded, featuring a correct number of coils.\nThe mold has been redesigned based on this updated design. Pins' dimensions have also been adjusted. \nThe sliced version has been replaced, now divided into two separate parts for better ease of use: top and cap. This allows users to print only the 10mm portion at the top with varying thin layers, such as 0.05mm.\n\n\n \n\n \n Printing Instructions\nBefore injecting melted mass, make sure to apply oil on all surfaces to prevent sticking issues.\nAlso, remove any sharp edges or fibers inside the mold.\nThe height of centering pins is taller than the holes on the opposite side due to their calculation with a forming plate thickness included.\nPress down gently on the second half of the mold once caramel has been placed inside. Alternatively, two spacers can be used to create both lightbulb halves simultaneously, allowing excess to flow out through the side holes.
