Lightblaster - Canon and Manfrotto 200
thingiverse
As I'm too thrifty to invest in a genuine Lightblaster, I've decided to tinker with someone else's work. This project is still in development and is designed to produce prints at 100% scale while accommodating any Canon-fit lenses and a Yongnuo 56x series flash. An integrated Manfrotto 200-type tripod mount ensures stability, allowing a Canon 24-105 lens and a Yongnuo 560 flash to work seamlessly together. Simply attach the lens to one side, fit the flash in the other, aim it at your target (focus the lens properly), and insert a slide into the middle compartment. You can use the provided slides or design your own - one of them is specifically designed for standard 35mm photographic slides to create more effects. When the flash fires, the image from the middle will be displayed. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: It requires supports, and I always print with a raft. Some cleaning of the inside is necessary, which can be relatively easy but does depend on your specific print settings.
