LightBar for Ender 3 V2
thingiverse
This Light-Bar design is inspired by the light of Ender 3 S1 Pro. LED is glued to a PVC Electrical wire duct and designed around it. Dimensions are given in the pictures. Power is taken from the Ender 3 Power supply itself with the help of a Buck Converter (files are also provided). The lid of the Buck converter is glued together by FeviBond glue (a rubber-based adhesive), so that the lid is semi-permanent, just like the cover of earphones. It can be removed by applying some force. A 5.5mm dc jack socket is provided in the Buck Converter case for easy access. There are provisions for the wires to be channeled within the holder. On ender 3, please use some V Slot covers to hide the wires. Because of its size, I used the Ender 3 Pro profile in the Cura to print the diffuser. (Ender 3 Pro profile has more useable area because of the lack of bed-clips). Provided an end cap for a 20x20 profile as a bonus.
