The design adheres to specifications with a safety factor of more than 1.0, having the highest Von Mises stress at 850MPa under vertical load (worst-case scenario). The estimated weight is 90.6g (108.5g including bearing); however, the V2.1 bracket is slightly heavier due to added filleting to eliminate high principal stress areas, weighing approximately 91.5g. I am currently focusing on 3D printing, using draft analysis to identify sub-45° areas relative to the proposed build plane. An updated build volume proposal has been added, requiring no additional support structure. Post-machining of mounting pads, bolt holes, and bearing bore is also included in the design, with a total mass of 127.4g, out of which 36g must be removed through post-machining.
