EDIT 03/18/2016 : NEW VERSION ! I was unable to find a spooler that met my desired specifications, so I decided to design one with those features. This spooler can accommodate filament without a spool (which is less expensive) as well as all types of spools. All parts are printed: no additional screws, bolts or other components need to be purchased. No tools are required to assemble and adjust the device. The diameter can be adjusted by simply switching between indexed positions. To do this, you only need to clip it into another position. The thickness is adjusted using bolts on the axis. There are three different mounting options: Option 1: A basic mount consisting of just a universal base and an axis can be printed: Print two bases, one axis (L140), and two nuts. For a stronger mount, you can print two bases, an axis L180, and four nuts. The Universal model is designed to accommodate filament without a spool and place it on a table. You need to print: two bases, two wheels, six clips, an axis L180, and two nuts. The setup for the Dagoma 200 requires: Print one base (Dagoma), two wheels, six clips, an axis L140, and one nut. However, you can also print an axis in 180mm to use it in both configurations. Please don't forget to push the "LIKE" button! Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Dagoma Discovery 200 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Supports are included in the parts. You can print these parts at high speed (0.2mm). The nut/screw interface can be a bit stubborn at first, but after several assemblies, it becomes perfect. The STL files are not oriented.
