A protective casing is designed to fit UK standard light switches, providing a home for the IKEA TRÅDFRI Control Switch. The Control Switch remains removable due to its built-in magnets, allowing users to easily take it to their bedside table at night, perfect for a bedroom light setup. This custom cover also fits the control switches of IKEA FYRTUR smart blinds and should be compatible with new IKEA "shortcuts" buttons when they become widely available. After printing, apply a thin bead of glue along the inner lip to secure the metal rear plate from the TRÅDFRI Control Switch. If the metal plate is secured vertically, you can use a thin tool to turn the switch on and off without removing the custom face plate when necessary. I recommend using UHU All-Purpose Adhesive, allowing six hours for it to dry before fitting, but superglue should work just as well. To install, simply remove the standard face plate, thread the screws through the holes in this cover, and then tighten the screws to secure everything in place.
