Mount built for 1in PEX pipe with lights running inside the pipe. Easily zip-ties to the center of the arch. Mount connects to a 0.4375in (7/16) dowel, cut to the desired length, on a pivot. Bottom stand should be staked into the ground once arch is aligned with other arches.
