Light Shelf Bracket
thingiverse
This is a simple shelf bracket designed for IKEA's BURHULT design. They wouldn't sell the simple plastic design they used to sell, so we decided to create something similar with an even cooler design than what a student could come up with. You won't store big books or work materials on these shelves, but LEGO and other small toys should fit well for years. Please adapt this design to your needs in terms of skin thickness and filling ratio. If you're not an engineer: I used 2 0.4 walls and 33% infill for the brackets shown here. The secret to their strength lies within the infill overlay with walls that have been raised to 15% in Cura, allowing for stronger and continuous bonds. If you don't understand this design, it will likely fail and you'll have to deal with your own ignorance and any resulting problems. Everybody likes these shelves and they still haven't broken after three weeks.
