Light shade for T10 bulb on Loc Line
thingiverse
I'm using a rubber pre-wired harness connector at the end of Loc-Line, also known as "flex pipe." This type of connector is available online and works well. I've found some decent options, like this one from Amazon. It provides enough light to illuminate what's printing in a dark room. The connector has a provision that allows you to run the wires through it if needed. I used Mika3D silk silver filament for my print, which turned out okay although it's not very opaque. You could use aluminum foil for better reflectivity if you want. In addition to the lamp shade, I've also designed a camera mount for the Logitech C910 using Loc-Line. This allows me to capture high-quality video of my prints. The 1/4" NPT adapter is used to secure it to the Prusa MK3S using M5 screws.
