Light Saber Wall Hanger- no screws

Update March 1st 2022: After having these mounted for a few months with active use I have discovered that the single horizontal hanger configuration performs much better if you use the supported hooks- that is the hooks that have the flat piece sticking down below the hook. This braces against the wall and when using the hooks that are just a curve I noticed heavier sabers would start to sag and separate the velcro. The vertical hangers that hold 2 at a time have yet to fail on me, so that is the seemingly most solid configuration. I'd love to get your feedback if anyone has tried these out! Update Oct 19th 2021: I have added 2 new larger 60mm hook files to hold the Pool Noodle Saber Handle design that I posted here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4979475. I have also printed these with a .6mm nozzle and really like the improved strength as well as print speeds on these. Keep in mind that these are mounted using no mechanical fasteners so these can fall off the wall with heavier objects in them. Do not exceed the weight limit of the command strips! Check your bonds frequently, especially early on. I have had 2 of these fall now out of 10 in active use over a 2 month period, but in both cases they peeled unprimed paint off of insulation board (so not an adhesive failure). The only times the velcro has separated for me is when they are grabbed off the wall to quickly, or if too heavy of an object is placed in them. Original Description: This is a simple yet versatile solution to hanging and displaying your lightsabers on the wall. These are specifically sized to use a 3M large "Picture Hanger" velcro style command strip so that it will be almost fully recessed and sit flush against the wall. They are rated to hold 4 lbs each (8 lbs for the double vertical hanger configuration) There is one plate type and 2 hook styles for multiple configurations: a "J" hook and a "J" with a lower support piece for heavier hilts that also allows you to mount the hook on the top vertically. The hooks can be attached to the plate with super glue in wither the horizontal configuration to hang a hilt only, or vertically and use 2 sets for a double hanger with the blade on. No supports needed and should be able to print as the files are. Because these are holding up things that I value, I paid close attention to orienting them in the proper way to ensure that I got the most strength and structure out of the layers of filament. The hooks printed on their side will not have weak points due to the layer lines, where if they are printed flat on their back sides they are much more susceptible to breaking. Depending on your adhesion tendencies, you may want a brim for the hooks. I printed them on a glass plate which creates a great shiny surface. This is my first Thingiverse project that I am sharing, so please provide any feedback on file types and design adjustments you would like to see! *Please note that some of the pictures may have a slightly different look than the final parts, as I have refined the design a number of times to get the most out of it. PLEASE post your makes and remixes if you can, I would love to see what you all do with these!
