A simple replacement solution for corded light switches. My new property had a few of these missing, so rather than buying replacements, I thought I'd create my own. This was the first project I've ever designed in Fusion360. The edge fillets didn't quite work out as planned, but it wasn't a major issue. Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech i3 X Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% (the infill percentage likely doesn't make a big difference) Notes: A resolution of 0.2 is sufficient, but I ended up printing mine at 0.1 to get a better texture. Thicker cords will require you to enlarge the hole slightly with a file.
