Light Mount (Pond)
thingiverse
This is a specially designed fountain stem collar for mounting pond lights on. It's tailored specifically for the NEWA Fontana 6000 pump stem, although the model or manufacturer of the lights is unknown - with some adjustment, it can be customized to fit. The collar comes in two parts: the outer holds the light arms (which are part of the light assembly) while the inner stops the arms from rocking. The inner diameter of the inner collar is large enough to slide over the upper part of the stem and was designed with three grub screws in mind so it can be positioned anywhere along the full length of the stem (upper or lower). I encountered some issues printing with threaded parts, so I used an M6 tap and purchased 6mm bolts. I also had a problem getting the software to create a shell over the inner collar's main inlet/outlet, but this was easily removed. Both OBJ and STL files are included - you only need to print one of each (the inner and outer parts). Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 30 Notes: I printed with a raft, although the print started to fail at the end due to poor adhesion caused by prolonged print time. Despite this, it worked out in the end and was put into use without any issues.
