Light/Medium Duty Clamps for Wood or Metal Working ======================= Uses 1/2" (.706"/18mm OD) Electric Metallic Tube (EMT) Conduit for clamp sizes up to 10' with readily available materials at minimal cost. Hardware Needed for Full Set: ----------------------------- * 1/2" EMT Conduit - Desired Length * 1/4-20 Hex Nut x3 * 1/4-20 x 1.5" Hex Bolt x3 * 1/4" Flat Washer x1 * 3/8-16 Hex Nut x4 * 3/8-16 Hex Bolt x2 (Length 3-6", full thread) Square nuts can be substituted for main body if preferred. Files are included for both single runner and dual runner designs. It is recommended to use the end clamp for dual runner to keep slides together. The entire assembly can be printed in any desired material. The stronger the material, the stronger the clamps will be. The clamp face should be printed out of TPU or flexible filament. This must be heated and pressed over the 3/8" Nut capture.
