A custom light gun housing design to house a gun4ir system. no visible faces require support. The lock is optional - used in place of the round it will fix either slide in place to make a simpler light gun Other parts needed: m4x 8-12 mm self tappers hold it together x 20 pen spring for trigger. 3 x microswitches with rollers as per photo Other electronics as per gun4ir specs - currently this is set up to work with the df-robot ir camera version and I used an arduino pro micro, which fits in the gun https://www.dfrobot.com/product-1088.html under barrel and top slider spring are a bit trickier they are both length 62mm, outer diameter 22, wire 1.2 These cut to length https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/174847282185?var=474023324465 Getting all of the wires in is tricky but blu-tac helps immensely to hold things in place while you bring the sides together. Left and right sides both need support in some areas but not others-check the screenshots to see my recommendation for supports in red. The under-barrel, trigger and barrel all print without support as per screenshot. The top slide needs supports, but they are all hidden, there should be no external supports. you need 6 x hex and 3 x round printed lying down as shown. If you want to lock either the top or bottom slide in place simply swap a 'round' for a 'lock' part Make sure the trigger runs completely free in its grooves before assembly. buttons to suit 12mm hole like these https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/165444749059
