The latest update on 2/9/19 includes a welded rear suspension arm and seat support, as well as a belt drive. Many thanks to fellow users for sharing their models of the front fork, handlebars, rear shock, and cycle analyst! The frame is custom-made using water jet cut and machined aluminum, without welding. It's powered by a ME4201 3-phase permanent magnet motor. The battery consists of 20S 12P Samsung 25R cells (~72 V ~1.8 kWh). The Kelly KLS7275DF controller, Marzocchi 380 C2R2 fork, and Shinko SR-241 2.75 x 19 tires on 1.4" pro wheel rims complete the build. Reduction is at 5:1 using a #35 roller chain and the total mass is approximately 50kg or 110 lbs.
