Light Duty Utility Knife With Locking Blade

This is a basic holder for the utility blade. The design was influenced by this project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2843853 It has its drawbacks, however: I found that the locking pin broke off too easily, and one-handed operation isn't as convenient as it could be. My knife operates with a single hand. To open or close the blade, you simply push it in and move it in or out. In both the opened and closed positions, the spring keeps the blade against the stop bars inside and the hook at the opening. The blade pivots around these bars and locks into place either way, secured by the spring's pressure. A bonus feature for left-handers: this design can be mirrored to accommodate southpaws as well.
