Light-Duty Pliers shrunken nut
thingiverse
A carefully adjusted printer is essential to ensure that the outside diameter of the threaded shaft's threads closely matches the inside diameter of the nut. However, my MakerBot was not as accurate; it printed shafts slightly smaller and holes larger than desired. To resolve this issue, I shrank the nut to 90% in X and Y dimensions and reprinted it. This solved the problem, but an 80% version is also included for those with more severe tuning issues. Remember to use this nut with other parts from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1091.
