A climber just emerging over the edge of my floor lamp glows brightly in the dark. Printed from a roll of glow-in-the-dark PLA filament, she remains visible for several minutes after the lights are turned off. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Kossel Mini Rafts: None Used Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.2 mm layer height Infill Pattern: 15% hexagonal infill Notes: The glow-in-the-dark filament has a slightly translucent quality, so it might be best to either make the climber solid or use an attractive infill pattern. The arms and legs are small enough that slic3r printed them solid without any issues. No overhanging features steeper than 45 degrees were present, making support structures unnecessary. Design Process: This model was created as a test of Tinkercad's capabilities. While the joints could be improved and I'm still learning the ins and outs of this software, the end result turned out well enough to meet my expectations.
