- Small Insert-able length is 80mm (3.15"), Max diameter 40mm (1.57"), min diameter 21mm (0.83") - Small mold volume 82 mL ( 2.8 fluid oz) - Medium Insert-able length is 95mm (3.74"), Max diameter 48mm (1.89"), min diameter 21mm (0.83") - Medium mold volume 112 mL ( 3.79 fluid oz) - Large Insert-able length is 100mm (3.93"), Max diameter 60mm (2.36"), min diameter 24mm (0.94") - Large mold volume 180 mL ( 6.1 fluid oz) - Each has a mold and the actual plug itself depending on how you are going to mold them. - mold has location for 2, 10mm dowels. - can be scaled, cut and glued together to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft. - Smooth-On is a good source: "Dragon Skin 10" for firm, "Ecoflex-00-50" for medium and "Ecoflex 00-30" for soft ___________________________________________________________________ - for a quick and dirty toy (will have flashing that needs to be cleaned up) you can use the 3d printed molds - You could also sand and clear coat the mold halves, using Vaseline to seal the halves (note: silicone touching Vaseline will not set so make sure it doesn't squeeze into the mold cavity during assembly.
