Light blocker for EV-Box charge station
thingiverse
I'm concerned that although the lights on my EV-Box are adequate to illuminate the entire street under bright sunlight conditions, they tend to overpower at night, emitting a garish green or blue glow. As an interim solution, I designed and created a simple flange that slips snugly over the socket, successfully dimming the light significantly. Notably, the flange has precise dimensions: its inner diameter is 98 units, its outer diameter is 130, and it boasts a depth of 11.5 units. Incidentally, the J1772 holder visible in this photograph is actually a clever design available from Thingiverse.
