Light Bar Drill Jig

This jig I created a while back ensures drill holes for my light bar are exactly aligned. The jig clips onto the light bar securely. It has holes on both sides to mark drill positions on the outside of the light bar. Make sure not to use the other hole to mark inside drill positions, as this will result in incorrect alignment. Attach the jig to the driver's side roof rack and slide it down flush with the mount. Mark the outside drill position. Next, attach the jig to the passenger side roof rack and slide it down flush. Mark the outside drill position again. Enjoy your accurately aligned light bar installation!
