Light Bar Bracket
thingiverse
Haven't seen any light bar brackets on here so made my own using tinkercad. I Needed a bracket for my tractor so this is what I came up with. It's designed to be used with a 2" square or round 5/16 U bolt. I bolted down the U bolt on the 2" ROPS bar then slid one of these over the excess bolts and added nylon nuts to secure it from there. Light bar bolt is also 5/16 (or similar metric size bolt). The hole for the light bar bolt is a bit small, but you can run a 5/16 drill bit through it or it will just want to catch the threads a bit. I designed this with a 10" double row light bar in mind. I printed 25% infill and 4 walls/top/bottom. Higher infill will obviously make it stronger. Remixes welcome. About 5hrs 40 mins for 2.
