UPGRADE 2017: I reimagined the parale05.stl shape to perfectly match my bike's fork and added a new curved glass element. To enhance fit, I included a gasket that can be printed using TPU or any flexible material of choice. This custom-designed accent looks sleek on a black 43 D TPU background, creating a cohesive look with the front fender's design line. Now you have two options - use the original or this improved version. I created this LED light to mount on my Kawasaki Voyager but it can be used on any type of bike featuring an HD style fender or custom fender design. For optimal results, print the outer case using your preferred material and print "guidaluce" with transparent orange or red to achieve the desired color effect, which can also be adapted for use on the rear side. When printing "guidaluce.stl", set it to spiralize the outer contour before cutting along its symmetry axis to produce two U-profile glass pieces, one for each side. I successfully achieved an OEM-like appearance using FormFutura Dutch Orange PLA Premium. To illuminate this accent light, include a 1 cm high amber LED strip within the inner case. Don't forget to provide holes in both the outer and inner cases for exiting the wiring safely. Ensure water-resistance by applying Epoxy bi-component glue around the LED strip before assembly, making sure to follow proper application techniques for an optimal outcome.
