LiftMaster Garage Remote Mount Plate

Needed a way to mount the garage opener without making holes to the wall. Decided to make a plate that the garage opener can be secured to; then the plate can be taped to the wall. Used a tape measure to get the dimension, therefore I did not add a top hole to secure the garage opener. You would have to add the hole your self and add a screw to secure the opener to the plate.
