We've created a tool, called "LiftFin", to press elevator buttons in an effort to minimize the risk of infection this way. LiftFin Mag is engineered with a 10mm x 3mm magnet embedded in the cap and secured with superglue, while an M3 screw anchors it in place at the bottom. Those who have access to one should disinfect it daily with soap or sanitizer or an alcohol swab.
