LIFT OFF HINGE FOR 3030 EXTRUSION

<p>This is a lift off hinge I made for the door on my Hypercube Evolution. It is designed to mount to 3mm thick side panels and door. It will not work with any other thickness as the hardware that mounts the hinges falls exactly in the t-slots. (The hinges mount to the panels and the t-slots are used for clearance.)</p> <p>Print two identical parts per hinge. These are designed to be right side hinges. If you want them on the left, you will need to mirror all of them.</p> <p>The hinge screw should be 3mm and 20 to 30mm in length. That is to thread tightly into the hole on the bottom hinge part.</p> <p>The other hinge part needs to have the hole drilled out slightly so that it can drop on the 3mm screw easily without too much slop.</p> <p>The hinges mount to the panels with M4 hardware. Make sure the holes are lined up with the center of the t slots!
