Lifetime Chair Replacement Feet
thingiverse
Born out of necessity - our organization has many of these lifetime chairs (oval shaped metal rails - not round). They will definitely be around for a lifetime, but the feet fall off. I have two versions for each chair - one solid, and one hollow for each front and back. The only difference being the angle of the foot. I printed on my larger printer I have set up with a .6mm nozzle for larger items. Printed at .4mm height. Printed with no supports. I know it doesn't look EXACTLY like the other foot - I don't care. It works. I sliced both the hollow and the solid - there was virtually no difference in print time, so I'm using the solid with 30% infill, 3 perimeters, 4 top, 2 bottom. I figured I'd throw these up for free since others may have the ability to help their organization keep the lifetime chairs in service!
