I just took my first photogrammetry scan of a friend's incredible artwork, using sixty photos snapped with my Canon 60D and Sigma 30mm lens combo. The photogrammetry magic happened thanks to COLMAP and MeshLab, which seamlessly stitched everything together. I then used Instant Meshes to create a super-smooth quad mesh. Krita came in handy for cleaning up the textures, while Blender took care of the final geometry cleanup and finishing touches.
