The full-scale X-Wing Fighter measures 12.5 meters or 41 feet in length and is made from marine plywood with a 1/2" bulkhead and 1/4" skin. Initially, a 1/12th scale model was considered for December 2018, but the plan switched to full-scale, resulting in smaller 1/12th scale designs being deleted. An alternate idea proposes a quarter-scale model using 1/8" plywood for bulkhead and 1/16" skin, measuring approximately 3 meters or 10 feet long. However, the project remains unfinished. For a smaller option, you can print a 1/24th X-Wing model from Thingiverse. This project is inspired by Mister X's X-Wing Fighter Model and not B.J.S.'s draft drawings, which feature an overall length of 13.1 meters.
