To print successfully, be sure to follow the settings below. First, print the base connection twice, making certain it's stable for your project. Additionally, both horn sections - one labeled Horn 1 and the other labeled Horn 2 - need mirrored prints as well. My original model measures 800mm by 750mm with a thickness of 200mm. To achieve optimal results, I recommend using a Creality CR-10 printer. To start, set your nozzle diameter to 0.4mm. For layer height, aim for 0.2mm or slightly higher at 0.3mm. Move your extruder speed to 50mm/s to prevent uneven printing. A good infill ratio is around 10% of the model's overall volume. As for support material, enable it during printing to maintain structural integrity while keeping post-processing easier.
