Revamp a lifesaving bracelet with medical information print plan Kindly hold off printing this bracelet until I finish tweaking the project. I'm uncertain about the closure system that might need adjustments. Update: I printed the initial design, but the box was too small for successful printing with my printer (3mm filament, 0.5mm nozzle diameter). The thin walls were fragile. Update: I uploaded a revised bracelet featuring smooth shapes and a more printer-friendly closure system. Keep an eye out for further updates. Update: Bracelet version 3 (bracelet3.stl) was printed successfully. It's a robust piece with a secure closure system. I sliced it using Skeinforge, as Slic3r seemed to have issues with precise vertex transitions that could cause printing issues. Here's a photo of the result in yellow. Update 10/12/12: A new bracelet (braccialetto 4) is available for download. It's more comfortable and has a smaller box. Update 21/01/12: I printed braccialetto 4 in white plastic, so check out the photo. The design fits a medium-sized adult woman's wrist comfortably.
