Life counter for resin printing - includes STEP file
thingiverse
I wanted to make this model printable in a resin printer. It took some messing around with adjusting the counter ring inner pattern and the springs to make something that fit well enought together. I also made the rings bigger, and embossed the numbers. The original design was difficult to get to articulate, mainly because the friction of the resin parts (spring and ring) was so high. With the adaptations it's much easier to rotate the rings. It makes the counter much longer, but at least it's functional this way. For the springs I *strongly* recommend a flexible resin. The springs, if you don't break them when assembling the counter, runs a really high risk of breaking during use if you don't choose an appropriate resin. **What you will get** * Fusion 360 archive * STEP file * STLs * No 100% guarantee that this will be free of issues
