I have a Life Alert system, which I highly recommend. My family has a history of heart attacks, but I don't want to broadcast it by wearing the standard necklace or wristband that comes with the device. Instead, I created a custom case to hold the Life Alert Module, allowing me to wear it discreetly. I initially planned to design a band made from Ninja flex, but after searching extensively, I discovered a small, padded dog collar that fits my 10-inch ankle circumference perfectly. It's almost invisible and can be worn in the shower or any other situation without issue. The buckle allows for quick removal if needed. I opted not to reinvent the wheel and instead used this convenient solution. Hopefully, my experience will help someone else who needs a discreet Life Alert option.
