See http://www.wing-tips.at/NURFLIDL_-_Umbauanleitung.pdf for conversion without fpv and motor. Take a look at the pictures on https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=40417824&postcount=308, an English translation is available. I replaced balsa parts with printed ones and the original fin. I also changed the servo position to the center of the aileron. A motor holder was added at the back (two parts, 5-degree down) and a camera holder (two parts, holder and cover) at the front. To screw the wing in place, use the wing holder (two parts, one for the wing, one for the fuselage). It's a good idea to glue a 6mm CFK tube into the lower fuselage in this case. I printed the wing parts with ABS, 6% infill, and 0.4mm wall. The other parts are also made of ABS but have 20% infill and 1.2mm wall. It flies like a dream but does not handle strong wind well. The weight is 410g, and flying time is about 20 minutes with a 3s1300mAh lipo battery and an 1806 motor (2400kv) with a 5040 propeller. You will need: * A Lidl XL Glider * Manual by Robert Schweissgut (see link at the beginning) * Uhu glue or similar * Tape to fix ailerons * A sharp cutter * Two servos (5g) * Propeller, motor, and ESC (optional) * A 3-channel RC with wing mixer * Flight control (optional; I use an omnibusF4 with iNav2.0) * Battery (I use a 3s1300mAh, 110g, in the front for good balance) * FPV equipment (optional) * Printed parts * M3 screw and nut (1x30mm, 3x10mm, 2x10mm or what is needed for your motor) * Acetone to glue ABS parts * CFK tube 6x4mm or similar to reinforce the fuselage if you build the wing removable (optional) Have fun!
