LIDL Glider Pitcheron Assembly
thingiverse
My version of pitcheron center control for pre 2021 and current LIDL foam gliders, or in my part of the world, Kmart foam gliders branded ANKO. Benefits are: Easier, no need to chop wings up as much. Just cut in half. Adds 80mm to wingspan. Servos (SG90/MG90) mount from the outside so can be easily replaced. Room for some electronics in centre bay. Added channel underneath to fit rubber band Latest: V2 modifications. Centre Pieces: 0.12 layer height 2 bottom and 2 top layers. 1 wall line thickness. I use line infill with 5mm line spacing and [45,135] direction. Supports everywhere. Print flat on build plate. Wing Pieces: 0.12 layer height 4 bottom and 2 top layers. 2 wall line thickness. I use line infill with 7.5mm line spacing and [45,135] direction. No Supports Print both at once with Brim. Wing Channels: 0.12 layer height 2 bottom and 2 top layers. 2 wall line thickness. I use line infill with 7.5mm line spacing and [45,135] direction. No Supports. Print 2x on raft. Hooks: 0.12 layer height 2 bottom and 2 top layers. 2 wall line thickness. 100% infill. Supports everywhere. Print 2x on raft. Enjoy :)
