LidAjar
thingiverse
For making a stew, there's no pot like a real Le Creuset. But to get that tender goodness, cooking time must be exactly one and a half hours. As the stew simmers, water vapor condenses under the lid, trickles along the edges and collects just below the rim. The building pressure inside does the rest. Every cook has their own secret to keeping the lid slightly ajar - some use a tissue, others a spoon, and then there's the art of tilting the lid just right. With the LidAjar device, you can keep the pot vented perfectly, preventing messy splatters and preserving the gentle simmer.
