Lid style top for lithophane box

When printing the original lid, I wanted to have the extra panel. When using the second version the original designer posted, I grew tired of dealing with the hard to reach supports and the panel having issues sliding in. I broke many lithophanes due to this. I decided to redesign the top, so the top panel acts as a hinged lid. I have not tested this so please let me know if anything doesn't work. You should be able to slide the cylinder into the space and use a piece of 1.75mm filament to hold it in place. then you can slide the panel in the cylinder, gluing it in or not. you should not need supports.
