Lid for Ultrasonic Cleaner

This is a new lid for my ultrasonic cleaner. It is designed to hold the build plate from my Creality LD-002R resin printer. Once a print is finished, I just remove the build plate from the z-axis and slip it onto the bracket built into this lid. When the lid is placed on the ultrasonic cleaner, it holds the build surface of the build plate about 10mm under the water when filled to the fill mark. This allows me to go straight from the printer to the cleaner without having to deal with the excess uncured resin on the print, and it cleans the print and the build plate at the same time. When the cleaner is finished, I do another quick rinse in water, just to be sure, and then I can remove the print from the build plate without worry of making a mess of the excess resin. I know this works great with the build plate from my Creality LD-002R, but I cannot say if it works with any other resin printers. It would all depend on how the build plate attaches to the printer. If your build plate attaches to your z-axis with a 10mm x 30mm tenon, then this should work. Otherwise, it will not work as is, but feel free to spend some quality time with your drafting software to make it fit your build plate. Also, I have a Rovsun 2L Ultrasonic Cleaner, and this is designed to fit that. When I was designing this lid, to test its fit on my cleaner I printed just a few millimeters of the inner rim, and then stopped the printer, and tested for fit. I got it on the second try, and that would also be a good way to test the fit for your cleaner. Just print a few millimeters of the inner rim at the bottom, stop the printer, and see if it fits inside the basin of your cleaner. As long as the inner rim fits inside your basin, and isn't more than 10mm smaller in either direction, this lid should fit on your cleaner.
