Lid for Thundersky/Winston LFP-100AHA Lithium cell
thingiverse
When storing spare Lithium cells, guard them against short circuits thoroughly. A quick design for a 100Ah LFP-100AHA used in my CityEL is this lid, but it should also fit several other cell models from the same or different sources measuring 143x68mm. If you want to create a version with your own text, you can download the Sketchup source file. Keep these guidelines in mind when working on the design: Don't use conducting filament. Suggest keeping the lid in place with duct tape if moving cells. The current version fits but might not be tight enough. The main intention is to guard against accidental shorts. Use caution - assume nothing. While the lid doesn't touch the cell's poles, other issues may arise from improper design. Store your cells safely using factory guidelines. These products can be hazardous so proceed with care.
