These CAD files simplify the process of mounting liquid and oil samples, making it more consistent and efficient. They are featured on this abstract at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vkE-LfQ-Z7cWQ6qCN-vIS9480Xjw9wfr?usp=sharing which was presented at SCiX 2019. This design is created to be easily reproducible on most 3D printers and adaptable with two distinct mounting types: a horizontal mount where sample holders simply drop in, and a vertical mount that grips the prongs of the sample holders. Both mounts are compatible with both types of sample holders, including straight-walled holders with a large opening at the top and those with negatively angled walls for better sample retention. The negatively angled holder is highly effective but has the drawback of having a smaller opening. These models were designed using Fusion 360.
