Lian Li PC-60FN female clip for front panel
thingiverse
This is a remix of the female part of the clips made by srepmub. Changes: I've made adjustments that grab the male part less aggressively and more thinly, allowing for better clearance and a looser fit. Secondly, I've shortened the holders for the pc case, requiring the male part to be inserted slightly less deeply to get securely gripped. Lastly, I've thinned out the barbs to make inserting the clips into the case less straining. All of these modifications have been necessary for a proper fit into my Lian Li PC-60FNWX. Please note that this part is not a perfect copy of the original part by Lian Li but a slightly better fitting one, primarily due to the shorter insertion distance. 2019-01-12 Update: The original pieces wore out and lost their spring tension, causing the front panel to become unsecured. For the next attempt, I've reduced the depth even further and made the barbs slightly more aggressive. The model has also been somewhat refined. Now, the clips feel excellent to use. The panel snaps on easily and is held in place quite vigorously. Time will tell if the new design also wears out over time.
