NOTE: the first picture is just to give an idea of what it'll look like. These are top case vent covers for the Lian Li 011 Dynamic. I'm in a dusty part of the country so these hinged covers keep the schmutz out of the top fans. You'll need to print one each of the six files. Hinges and lift knobs simply glue to the lids.
