Li Hua Power Supply Cover

This cover replaces the standard cover of my Li Hua 24V power supply, measuring 110mm x 195mm, with holes on one side about 58mm apart and another hole near the end without terminals. Another PSU with the same case is available, and since PSUs are often cloned or relabeled, you might find other brand PSUs this cover would fit perfectly without any changes. However, I designed it around a specific requirement for my power supply. I chose to use a 15mm thick, 80mm square fan because I wanted a larger, quieter fan that could be used in place of the original one. Unfortunately, there were some internal components that made it difficult for me to simply swap out the fan for a bigger one. Nevertheless, I plan to find a passively cooled PSU in the future. Interestingly, the stock fan is powered by 12V, even though it's part of a 24V power supply system. To overcome this issue, I was able to use a 0.1" pin pair that came with my existing fan, which saved me from having to buy a new one. To ensure optimal performance and prevent any potential safety hazards, I recommend installing a finger guard on the fan exhaust to protect yourself from injury. My own finger guard is still waiting for delivery, but it's an essential component of this modification. Please note that by making these changes, you will be removing RFI protection from your PSU as well as possibly altering the airflow within the case. As such, use caution and proceed at your own risk. Printer settings: * Printer: MendelMax 2 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm-0.3mm * Infill: Solid Post-printing instructions: Drill out the mounting holes to 2.8mm in diameter using a #34 drill bit or an equivalent size, such as 7/64". Pre-drilling the holes can help prevent excessive pressure that might cause the part to crack. I print with a bead width of 0.5mm, two perimeters, and ten top and bottom layers to ensure a solid cover and edges regardless of the layer setting used. The entire part is 2mm thick everywhere except for the mounting screw holes.
