Newest Model: I'm pleased to share with you my latest design for a custom phone case - the LG840 cover, which can be found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2071528. The CAD design process was quite straightforward and resulted in a beautiful product that I'm eager to share with others. This particular cover is specifically designed for the affordable yet impressive LG840 cell phone, purchased from TracPhone, which I find to be a very reliable device. In fact, I use one myself and have been thoroughly satisfied with its performance. One minor issue arose when storing the phone in my pocket: every time it rings and I instinctively reach into my pocket to answer, the sound somehow still reaches my fingers within my pants pocket. Despite this peculiar incident, I decided to move forward with the design. I've successfully printed this case on a 0.2 layer thickness setting, slowing down the printer for those intricate tabs that make up the majority of the cover. The end result is stunning, and adding one additional thin layer of paper inside helps minimize sharp plastic edges that may come into contact with the screen, thus reducing scratches - something I had initially experienced during the testing phase with my first print-out. Following this improvement, I can wholeheartedly recommend this product for your cell phone protection needs. As it stands, someone should find this cover useful as I have for my LG840 model.
