Simple Holder for LG Urbane Charger: A Customizable Watch Stand This compact holder fits snugly over your LG Urbane's 1/2" edge, thanks to its precision-crafted 1/2" channel. The result is a secure and effortless viewing experience, especially when paired with the Android Wear Night Clock App for a simple yet stylish clock display. To ensure a successful print, be sure to use your preferred printing software to orient the U channel's bottom surface on the printer floor. Adding supports will also help you achieve a smooth and accurate build. Here are my recommended print settings: Print Settings: Printer: Flash Forge Creator Pro Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 mm Infill: 50% Notes: When printing the U channel, be sure to place supports within its "U" section for optimal results. My slicer software also generated additional supports for the charger holder, but I'm still unsure if they were truly necessary. Post-Printing: Once your print is complete, carefully remove any supports, especially those embedded in the U channel, as these are crucial to its structural integrity. Design Process: I created this design using Free CAD, leveraging the basic dimensions of the LG Urbane charger. The free CAD file includes a handy piece for holding the charger that could be repurposed as a standalone holder or incorporated into another stand design.
