I misplaced one clip from my BT earbuds, and as this clip keeps the wires close to your neck, it tends to conceal them better when tucked under your collar, also I bought my dad a refurbished pair. And they were missing too - no big deal, we're in the FUTURE MAN! How I Designed This I measured my old clip with calipers and created it in SpaceClaim, I even included the SpaceClaim files for kicks. Just for fun, I scribbled down the sizes on a Post-It note at work and recreated the general shape, but added 0.4mm to the inside since most printers, including mine, tend to shrink the inner diameters slightly.
