A replacement shaft for LG Stove knobs that frequently fail, can be easily made by removing the 2 screws from the old knob, taking out the metal housing inside and snapping off the old shaft. Next, reinsert the metal housing, insert the new 3D printed part and replace the screws. This results in a much stronger assembly than the original.
