I purchased a pre-owned LG SPORTS SMARTwatch, The individual who sold it to me misplaced a sim card tool, after a swift search around I couldn't locate a replacement. Here's my interpretation of that tool :) The design isn't flawless but it gets the job done. It needs an acetone vapor bath treatment. Otherwise, it becomes a single-use tool but won't harm your watch. Good luck and happy printing!
