LG-NS Robot Gripper Machanical Magnetic Attachment

After purchasing a Lynxmotion AL5D Robotic Arm I decided to design and make an assortment of attachments to make the jaws more useful. The jaws fitted to the AL5D Robotic Arm are LG-NS Robot Gripper jaws. I have seen these selling for up to £50 on the internet, however if you go to the manufacturers link below, also as shown in the video, you can purchase them for just £12.29 or £26.88 with the servo. https://www.dfrobot.com/product-628.html I decided not to 3d print them because the strength of these injection molded industrial ABS is needed. In my designs I made use of the brass lugs already embedded in the jaws. This 'Machanical Magnetic Attachment' obviously is limited to picking up light metalic objects, however I have also designed an electromanetic version that will pick up much heavier metalic items.
