LG Microwave Turntable Carousel Wheel
thingiverse
LG Microwave turn table bracket had a push fit wheel wear out. Would no longer stay on the round bracket that ties all the wheels together. I dimmed it out and created a new one. It pushed on and worked fine. Printing: Layer Height: 0.2mm Line Width: Play with this as you see fit. 0.4mm with Fill Gaps turned off resulted in an area that had a gap, but it is inconsequential to the performance of the part. I suspect if you tweaked this to 0.42mm or 0.45, it would remove the gap. Cura 4.11 supports adaptive line width, and also would have accounted for the gap. Infill: 20% Supports: I did not use supports, and the floating lip inside the ID hole printed fine. It ended up being 2 passes, totaling 0.8mm. It did not sag, but this will depend on your printer calibration, cooling, etc. Adhesion: I would advise to NOT use a brim. The part needs to be round, and it would be difficult to trim completely round. If your printer has elephant's foot problems, you will have to trim either way. Material: I used PLA for my first one. Time will tell if I need to reprint in ABS/ASA
